Jacob Guerrero is an associate attorney at Minces Rankin PLLC. Jacob earned his law degree at the South Texas College of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston – Clear Lake, where he majored in accounting.

In 2023, while in law school, Jacob joined Minces Rankin as a law clerk. Since then, he has assisted with a range of complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation, breach of contract claims, employment law disputes, creditor rights actions, and the litigation of restrictive covenant agreements – such as noncompete and nonsolicitation provisions – on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Jacob is admitted to practice law in Texas (2025), including the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
